Zepos & Yannopoulos is one of the leading law firms in Greece providing comprehensive legal and tax services to companies doing business in Greece.

Our Accounting & Finance department is expanding, and we are seeking to recruit a Billing Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Description
Through your role you will be working closely with the Head of Billing, and you will assist with general billing administration tasks, covering all aspects of the billing process, according to the company policies and legal requirements. More specifically you will prepare, check, process billing packages and send prebills and accurate invoices to our clients. Moreover, you will collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.), issue customer account statements, update billing records and maintain up-to-date clients' billing statements. Furthermore, you will analyse and reconcile billing information and prepare regular ad-hoc reports.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Working experience in relevant position will be considered an asset
  • Native Greek speaker with excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent level of computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Highly motivated and dynamic professional with good business sense and understanding of accounting's department operation
  • Delivery of high-quality work with attention to detail
  • Resilient with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work efficiently and timely under deadlines
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Strong written communication skills (Greek and English); Experience in writing emails professionally while being familiar with finance terminology
  • Friendly personality, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently within a team
  • Personality with high morale and integrity
