Job Description: We are seeking a motivated andcompassionate individual to join our team as a Neurofeedback Clinic Assistant. In this role, you will primarily assist with administrativeduties and provide support to patients during their neurofeedback sessions.

No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive trainingwill be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records
  • Assist with billing documentation
  • Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for neurofeedback sessions
  • Provide guidance and support to patients during their sessions
  • Maintain organization of the clinic space
  • Assist with other administrative tasks if needed
