Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Operational Quality Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct compliance, validation, and documentation activities for pharmaceutical products.
  • Identify needs for written procedures or revisions of existing ones.
  • Serve as a reference point for deviation investigations resulting from production processes.
  • Issue Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQRs).
  • Analyze change controls and maintain relevant records.
  • Manage complaints.
  • Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Action Plans.
  • Prepare protocols for process validation, cleaning validation, and other procedures related to production.
Requirements
  • BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy. MSc Degree in Quality Management or a relevant field is an asset.
  • At least 2 years of experience in QA in the Pharmaceutical Industry or Production industry.
  • Fluent oral and written skills in Greek and English.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to cope with strict timelines.
  • Ability to deliver complex project requirements and tasks.
  • Ability to work creatively with attention to detail.
