confidential company in the real estate sector
is seeking a
reliable and organized Administrative Coordinator
to join its growing operations team in Athens.
This role combines administrative coordination, document management, and cross-departmental support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Athens office.
- Handle document preparation, filing, and deadline tracking.
- Coordinate communication and follow-ups with external partners (including notaries, lawyers, engineers, and consultants).
- Provide support to Finance and Operations teams on document management and reporting.
- Contribute to the improvement of office processes and internal coordination.
Requirements
- Based in Athens, Greece.
- Excellent command of English and Greek (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Professional communication and teamwork abilities.
