Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager. As a property manager you will be responsible for managing residential properties, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance oversight, and financial reporting. The role involves coordinating with contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling tenant inquiries and complaints, and maintaining property records.

Qualifications

  • Property Management, Leasing, and Tenant Relations skills
  • Maintenance Oversight and Contractor Coordination skills
  • Financial Reporting and Budget Management skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties

Timeframe
