Are you an experienced and motivated Property Manager looking for a key role in property management?

Beta Estate, a leading property development company, is seeking an organized and service-oriented Property Manager to join our team.

Position: Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth operation and tenant satisfaction.
  • Provide support and respond to tenant inquiries, managing tenant communications effectively.
  • Handle maintenance issues, coordinating with contractors and service providers to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Manage lease agreements, including rent collection, renewals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collect and manage legal documents related to property leasing, ownership, and maintenance.
  • Issue and maintain accurate client data, ensuring all records are up to date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and address tenant concerns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management is required.
  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and address tenant concerns.
  • Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Familiarity with technology and computers, with a particular focus on basic Excel skills.
  • Commitment and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
