Property Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities:

• Successfully manage and scale properties portfolio, ensuring consistent performance and compliance with Greek regulations
• Launch the sales process to generate new leads for property management services
• Establish and develop various partnerships with potential clients (property owners), investors, and other stakeholders
• Build an affiliate network to attract new clients (property owners) for property management services
• Provide the new and existing clients (property owners) with the high level of service in order to increase customer satisfaction and the number of properties under management
• Create upselling opportunities for property management services
• Prepare financial models, annual budgets and performance reports
• Effectively communicate company's financial performance, strategic plans and value proposition to potential and existing clients (property owners) and investors
• Oversee all the daily, weekly and monthly reporting, and ensure profitability targets are met and the clients (property owners) and investors are satisfied with the financial and operational results
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of properties under management
• Identify potential risks related to property management and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate closely with external partners and internal team members to support property management operational excellence
• Monitor STR, MTR, LTR trends and comply with them

Requirements:

• Specialized Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of
  7-10 years' experience
  in sales, investor relations or business development in property management, hospitality management, real estate, or facility management
• Strong track record
  in building and managing client, partner and investor relationships
• Proven track record in establishing and maintaining relations with HNWI
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to mediate between different parties with different interests and needs
• Deep understanding of the full cycle of property management and all the aspects of its financial success
• Professional knowledge of all rules, regulations and laws surrounding STR, MTR and LTR
• High competency in property management software, MS Office and Google Drive
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a deep understanding of European property management market, investor and client behavior and motivation
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Ability to work in collaboration with other team members and achieve results together
• Proficiency in Greek with a minimum level of C2
• Proficiency in English, with a minimum level of C1
• Strong attention to details and highly developed organizational skills
• Responsibility, reliability, and proactivity

Conditions:

• Salary is going to be discussed individually with successful candidate according to his/her qualification
• Performance-based bonus (depends on the number of the new and existing clients, upselling services, retention rate and customer satisfaction level)
