THE JOB

  • Coordinate with real estate brokers to promote assets for lease or sale.
  • Present property spaces to interested parties and negotiate leases, aiming for maximum returns and optimal tenant profiles.
  • Inspect asset conditions, propose and manage maintenance actions.
  • Handle tenants' complaints and provide solutions.
  • Source and evaluate contractor offers for facility renovations, infrastructure upgrades, repairs, and safety or aesthetic improvements.
  • Work with engineers to secure all legally required permits.
  • Oversee project delivery quality through visual inspection and contract compliance, ensuring prompt contractor corrections when needed.
  • Liaise with outsourced legal teams, prepare legal templates, and manage contract dispatch to interested parties.
  • Develop and implement cost-cutting, risk reduction, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Propose and drive operational automations and energy efficiency projects.
  • Take ownership of projects of strategic importance within the organization.

THE PERSON

  • Experience in property management, facilities management, or commercial real estate.
  • Strong technical project management, coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven operational management experience in property or asset management or real estate.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of optimizing rental yield and tenant selection.
  • Solid understanding of maintenance, renovations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and legal professionals.
  • Experience in digital marketing or social media management is an advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple projects.
  • Analytical mindset with strong commercial understanding of real estate markets and lease structures.
  • Knowledge of building systems, renovation processes, and permit requirements.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on portfolio performance.
  • Greek and Fluency in English
