Regarding Short-Term Rentals, our company operates five (5) apartments in Metaxourgeio, and will be operating eight (8) more apartments in Koukaki from December 2025. Concerning long-term rentals, we own and operate four (4) apartments in Exarchia, Pagkrati, Gkyzi and Kypseli, while subletting one (1) long-term commercial property in Metaxourgeio.

Role Description

This is a part-time
hybrid
position with responsibilities during weekends and a choice of weekdays.

We are looking for an enthusiast with an appetite for international encounters, customer service and operational coordination. He or she must have a positive attitude with an authentic sense of empathy and urgency towards our guests and tenants, but a resourceful and efficient approach towards our suppliers and service providers. Will be working closely with the company's Property Manager and General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operations of touristic accommodation in Athens
• Ensure tenants' needs are met and properties are well-maintained Responsibilities include
• Tenant communication & problem-solving
• Communicate with vendors & service providers
• Carry out regular inspections & control checks
• Conduct inventory checks & stock management
• Coordinate repairs & manage maintenance requests
• Provide support & report to Property Manager

Requirements

• Experience in property management/ touristic accommodation
• Must live in the centre of Athens
• Availability on weekends
• Occasional availability in some evenings or holidays
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Service skills
• Highly proficient in Greek and English. Other languages are a plus.
• High level of self-organisation and attention to detail
• Driving license/ owning a motorcycle is a plus
