As our business is expanding rapidly, we are now seeking a Property Management Manager in Greece to join our team and ensure the smooth operation, management, and enhancement of our property portfolio. Our company offers a modern and international working environment with a positive and collaborative team culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing the full management of residential and commercial buildings, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Calculating and managing communal/shared area expenses, including preparation and communication of statements
- Establishing, implementing, and monitoring property management rules and procedures in alignment with company standards
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and service providers to ensure high-quality facility conditions
- Managing tenant relations, handling inquiries, and resolving issues effectively
- Supporting property leasing activities, including inspections, documentation, and handover procedures
- Observing company regulations and participating in other related assignments as needed
Requirements:
- Solid experience in property management, facility coordination, or building operations
- Strong knowledge of building management, communal expense systems, and relevant Greek regulations
- Experience in property leasing and tenant management, especially within the Athens market
- Native Greek speaker with fluency in English
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
