This role requires a sophisticated understanding of credit risk, financial structuring, and value realization within non-performing exposures (NPEs).

You will operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and execution, collaborating closely with senior management and investor stakeholders to optimize portfolio performance and drive superior returns.

Backed by international investors, we combine institutional capital strength with a hands-on, entrepreneurial culture that rewards initiative, precision, and results.

We believe exceptional performance deserves exceptional recognition. Our compensation framework is aligned with value creation, offering the potential for extraordinary financial upside for professionals who consistently deliver superior outcomes.

This is an opportunity to join a team where meritocracy is real, decisions are made swiftly, and results directly shape rewards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth financial and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive portfolio reviews, risk assessments, and performance reports for management and investors.
  • Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders (legal, real estate, finance, and asset management) to implement recovery strategies efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in NPL / NPE portfolio management within a financial institution, investment fund, or servicer.
  • Deep understanding of the Greek enforcement and restructuring framework.
  • Proven track record of negotiation and execution in complex financial situations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with commercial judgment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office; experience with Omega is an advantage.

What We Offer

  • A dynamic, merit-based environment within a high-performing investment platform.
  • Direct exposure to decision-makers and investor representatives.
  • Professional growth and continuous development opportunities.
  • A premium compensation package, combining a competitive base salary with exceptional, results-linked incentives—structured to reward genuine performance and long-term value creation.
