Η Delsk Group, πολυεθνική που δραστηριοποιείται στον τομέα του Real Estate, αναζητά Property Management Specialist για τα γραφεία της στο κέντρο της Αθήνας.
Ο/η κάτοχος της θέσης, θα είναι υπεύθυνος-η για τη διαχείριση των μισθωτηρίων των ακινήτων που διαχειρίζεται η εταιρεία καθώς και για την σχετική επικοινωνία με ενοικιαστές και ιδιοκτήτες.
**Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Σύνταξη και παρακολούθηση μισθωτηρίων
- Επικοινωνία με ενοικιαστές (για θέματα εγγυήσεων, λογαριασμούς κοινής ωφέλειας κλπ.)
- Επικοινωνία με τους διαχειριστές των κτιρίων για θέματα που αφορούν τα ακίνητα
- Συνεργασία με τους μηχανικούς της εταιρείας για επίλυση τεχνικών θεμάτων
**Τι θα θέλαμε να έχεις**:
- Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 2 ετών στον τομέα της ενοικίασης ή/και της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες στα Αγγλικά, τόσο γραπτά όσο και προφορικά
- Άριστη γνώση του MS Office
- Δεξιότητες διαχείρισης χρόνου
- Έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια και οργανωτικότητα
