We are looking for a Sales Specialist.
Our client is a Luxury Villas Rental Company offering a curated selection of exclusive, high-end properties in Greece, providing personalized travel experiences for discerning clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and offering expert advice on villa selections, ensuring a tailored and exceptional experience for every client.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Drive improved conversion rates by effectively managing inquiries.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and returning clients, working to inspire loyalty and repeat bookings.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure villa selections match their needs and preferences.
- Ensure all booking and client details are accurately recorded in our CRM for smooth coordination across teams.
- Continuously update and expand knowledge of the properties, experiences, and destinations to provide clients with expert guidance.
- Collaborating with team members to build and refine the shared knowledge base, thereby enhancing service standards.
- Develop strong professional relationships with villa owners.
- Participate in familiarisation trips to deepen knowledge of properties and locations.
- Engage in ongoing training to maintain high service and product standards.
Qualifications & Candidate Profile Requirements
- Ideally 2-3 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a relevant field will be considered a plus.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a small, dynamic team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients, from local partners to high-net-worth individuals globally.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Greek language is required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
