Job Description
nvisionist
is seeking a dynamic
Business Development Manager
to expand nvisionist's footprint across public and private security, defence, and homeland protection sectors in Greece and abroad.
The candidate will identify and secure new opportunities, represent the company in high-stakes environments, and work closely with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, platforms, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic partnerships with public defense agencies, integrators, OEMs, and multinational contractors.
- Promote nvisionist's defence and homeland security solutions (e.g. autonomous USVs/UAVs, surveillance AI platforms, cybersecurity systems).
- Navigate procurement channels (domestic & international) including NATO, EU-funded, and national defense programs.
- Collaborate with R&D and Systems Engineering teams to define custom solutions for mission-critical operations.
- Lead responses to RFPs, tenders, and structured defense dialogues.
- Represent nvisionist at international exhibitions and forums (e.g. DEFEA, Eurosatory, DSEI, C4I & ISR summits).
- Provide continuous intelligence on market developments, competitors, and emerging tech requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experienc
e
in Business Development or Sales, ideally in the tech or renewable energy sectors - Fluency in English (written and spoken) – additional languages will be considered an asset
- Willingness and availability to travel internationally
- Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ESG, AI technologies, or environmental solutions will be considered a plus
