Για πάνω από 25 χρόνια, η inmind βρίσκεται πίσω από μερικά από τα πιο απαιτητικά έργα γραφείων στην Ελλάδα, συνεργαζόμενη με αρχιτέκτονες, τεχνικές εταιρείες και μεγάλους οργανισμούς. Το portfolio μας περιλαμβάνει έπιπλα υψηλών προδιαγραφών, συστήματα χωρισμάτων, δάπεδα και ακουστικές λύσεις. Δεν είμαστε απλώς προμηθευτές· στεκόμαστε δίπλα στους συνεργάτες μας σε κάθε στάδιο του έργου.

Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, αναζητούμε έναν/μία Business Development Manager με εμπειρία στον χώρο των δαπέδων (LVT, μοκέτα, ελαστικά ή βιομηχανικά δάπεδα) ή συναφών υλικών. Ο ρόλος δεν αφορά απλή πώληση, αλλά συμβουλευτική προσέγγιση σε έργα που απαιτούν τεχνική κατανόηση, αξιοπιστία και συνέπεια στην παράδοση.

Ο ρόλος:

  • Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση συνεργασιών με αρχιτέκτονες, τεχνικές εταιρείες και επιχειρήσεις (B2B)
  • Συμβουλευτική παρουσίαση λύσεων δαπέδων που συνδέονται με τις πραγματικές ανάγκες κάθε έργου
  • Ανίχνευση και αξιοποίηση νέων ευκαιριών στην αγορά κατασκευών & ανακαινίσεων
  • Συνεργασία με το design team και τους project managers για ομαλή υλοποίηση έργων
  • Διατήρηση και ενίσχυση σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με πελάτες και συνεργάτες

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε πωλήσεις
    δαπέδων
    (LVT, μοκέτες, ελαστικά ή συναφή προϊόντα)
  • Αποδεδειγμένη B2B εμπειρία και ικανότητα επικοινωνίας με διαφορετικά κοινά (αρχιτέκτονες, οργανισμούς, εργολάβους)
  • Εμπορική οξυδέρκεια και τεχνική κατανόηση υλικών
  • Οργανωτική συνέπεια, υπευθυνότητα και επαγγελματισμός
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών
