, where you will play a key role in analyzing financial processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing impactful solutions. This position offers the chance to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to the efficiency and success of our financial operations.

Scope of the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will analyze and optimize key financial processes, support ERP/CRM implementation, document requirements, and create training materials for process and system changes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects and continuous operational improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economic Science or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry
  • Excellent command of English (Advanced/C1 level)
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or HRM systems and relational databases (MSSQL)
  • Strong analytical and process-mapping skills (BPMN knowledge is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Project Management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and optimize key financial business processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Control
  • Gather and document operational requirements to ensure business alignment
  • Organize and monitor projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Support the implementation of Group ERP/CRM systems and operational processes
  • Develop clear technical documentation and training materials to assist employees during system and process transitions
