On behalf of our client, a leading consulting firm specializing in
Data Analytics, Reporting and AI
we are on the lookout for a data-savvy
Business Analyst
to join our growing team in
Athens
.

This role combines strong analytical thinking with business understanding and technical awareness, offering the opportunity to work on impactful data-driven projects for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Explore and validate data using
    SQL queries
    across relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with
    data engineers, data scientists, and BI developers
    to design and deliver analytical solutions.
  • Participate in the design of
    dashboards, reports and KPIs
    to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct testing, validation and documentation of project deliverables.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of best practices within the team.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience as a
    Business Analyst
    ,
    Data Analyst
    , or in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of
    SQL
    and experience working with relational databases.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of concepts such as
    data pipelines, BI tools and APIs
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management skills
    .
  • Professional fluency in
    English
    (Greek is an asset).
  • Experience with
    BI tools
    (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is a huge plus
  • Experience in a
    consulting or client-facing environment
    is a huge plus
