Περιγραφή Θέσης: H εταιρεία Interkiosk – ΑΡΓΟΣ ΝΕΤ Α.Ε. (μέλος του ομίλου του Πρακτορείου Διανομής Τύπου «ΑΡΓΟΣ Α.Ε.»), με πολυετή παρουσία στην αγορά της Μικρής Λιανικής και με σημαντικό μερίδιο στο χώρο των τερματικών πώλησης άυλων καρτών (Cosmote, Vodafone, NOVA, Paysafe, κλπ.) επιθυμεί, στo πλαίσιo ανάπτυξης των δραστηριοτήτων της, να προσλάβει:

(SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANT)

Έδρα: Κορωπί Αττικής

Αντικείμενο εργασίας:

  • Υποστήριξη της ομάδας πωλήσεων και συνεργατών παρέχοντας άψογη εξυπηρέτηση

  • Διαχείριση των θεμάτων που αφορούν την ομαλή λειτουργία του τμήματος πωλήσεων (τηλέφωνα, emails, κλπ)

  • Επεξεργασία και καταχώρηση των παραγγελιών και ενημέρωση σε ερωτήματα πωλητών και συνεργατών

  • Συντονισμό με διάφορα τμήματα της εταιρίας για την εξασφάλιση της ομαλής λειτουργίας του τμήματος

  • Διατήρηση αρχείων, προετοιμασία αναφορών/reports και δημιουργία παρουσιάσεων για τη διοίκηση

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Απολυτήριος τίτλος μέσης ή ανώτερης εκπαίδευσης ΙΕΚ/ΤΕΙ/ ΑΕΙ ( σε σχετικό αντικείμενο αποτελεί πλεονέκτημα)

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση υποστήριξης πωλήσεων ή γραμματείας

  • Εμπειρία σε διαδικασίες τμήματος πωλήσεων

  • Ισχυρές οργανωτικές και πολυδιεργασιακές δεξιότητες

  • Πελατοκεντρική νοοτροπία με έμφαση στο αποτέλεσμα

  • Υπευθυνότητα και ακεραιότητα χαρακτήρα

  • Πολύ καλή χρήση του MS Office και λογισμικών CRM/ΕRP

  • Γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
