Η εταιρεία The Science Support ΙΚΕ δραστηριοποιείται εμπορικά από το 2016 στον τομέα προμήθειας Αναλυτικού & Διαγνωστικού εξοπλισμού, αντιδραστηρίων και αναλωσίμων. Συνεργαζόμενη με κορυφαίους παγκοσμίως κατασκευαστικούς οίκους του κλάδου, βρίσκεται σε θέση να παρέχει ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις για ποικίλες εργαστηριακές εφαρμογές σε ερευνητικές και εκπαιδευτικές δομές, διαγνωστικά εργαστήρια νοσοκομείων και κλινικών καθώς και βιομηχανίες τροφίμων και φαρμακευτικών σκευασμάτων.

Στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξης της εταιρείας δημιουργείται μία (1) νέα θέση εργασίας, η οποία θα στελεχωθεί άμεσα από ικανό και πρόθυμο υποψήφιο:

Μια θέση Επιστημονικής Υποστήριξης Πωλήσεων Αναλυτικού – Γενικού εργαστηριακού εξοπλισμού (Sales & Aftersales Scientific Support).

Αρμοδιότητες υποψηφίου:

  • Παροχή επιστημονικής υποστήριξης και ενεργή συμμετοχή στην διαμόρφωση τεχνοοικονομικών προτάσεων.
  • Αναγνώριση sales opportunities και διαμόρφωση προσφορών με χρήση λογισμικού ERP.
  • Διεξαγωγή συναντήσεων με πελάτες με στόχο την ενημέρωση τους σχετικά με τον εξοπλισμό και τις υπηρεσίες που παρέχει η εταιρεία.
  • Διατήρηση και διεύρυνση του υπάρχοντος πελατολογίου.
  • Άμεση συνεργασία με το τμήμα Back Office για την καθοδήγηση συμμετοχής σε διαγωνισμούς.
  • Υπηρεσίες εκπαίδευσης εργαστηριακού προσωπικού στην ορθή χρήση και συντήρηση του εξοπλισμού.
  • Σύνταξη αναφορών πωλήσεων και project pipeline management σε συνεργασία με υπεύθυνο του τμήματος πωλήσεων.
  • Συμμετοχή σε συνέδρια – εκθέσεις – ημερίδες.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Χημείας
  • Μεταπτυχιακή ειδίκευση θα αξιολογηθεί θετικά.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τμήμα πωλήσεων ή υποστήριξης πωλήσεων σε σχετικό κλάδο παροχής υπηρεσιών θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα.
  • Άριστη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και μετάδοσης πληροφορίας.
  • Επαγγελματισμός και ομαδικότητα.
  • Δυνατότητα επαγγελματικών ταξιδιών και κατοχή διπλώματος οδήγησης.
  • Άριστη γνώση και χρήση Αγγλικής γλώσσας, ευχέρεια χρήσης Η/Υ MS Office εφαρμογών (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
