Grand Automotive Hellas, the official importer of Renault and Dacia in Greece, is seeking a
Non-Technical Trainer & Training Coordinator
to support the Aftersales Training Department and contribute to the development of our nationwide dealer network.

This role combines training delivery with coordination responsibilities and requires a strong understanding of the
automotive environment
and dealership operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver non-technical training programs to the Renault & Dacia dealer network (customer experience, processes, brand standards, soft skills, etc.).
  • Support the Training Manager in designing, updating, and improving training materials.
  • Organize scheduling, communication with participants, post-training assessments and related logistics
  • Maintain learning content, reporting, and participation data in LMS platforms.
  • Work closely with internal departments and dealerships to identify training needs and performance improvement areas.

Candidate Profile (Automotive-Focused)

We are looking for candidates who bring:

Solid understanding of the automotive sector

Preferably with experience in a dealership or importer environment (Aftersales, Sales, Customer Experience, or related fields).

Knowledge of dealership processes

Familiarity with customer journey, service operations, aftersales standards, and retail network structure.

Previous experience in training, L&D, or HR development

Especially in customer-facing roles or structured corporate environments.

Strong communication and presentation abilities

Able to engage diverse audiences across the dealer network.

Excellent organizational skills

Capable of managing multiple training activities with accuracy and professionalism.

Comfort with digital tools

Demonstrated high level of computer literacy, with strong experience in using LMS systems, online training platforms, MS Office, videoconferencing, and modern training tools.
