We are looking for a
Sales Representative
who combines empathy, commercial mindset, and passion for healthcare — someone who builds genuine, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals.

Your Role

As part of our team, you will play an active role in expanding and supporting the
B. Braun Wound & Stoma Care portfolio
across hospitals, physicians, and pharmacies.

This position combines
hospital sales
,
clinical education
, and
meaningful communication
aimed at improving patient outcomes.

In
wound management
, your mission will be to help
heal ulcers effectively
, using the
appropriate dressings and materials
according to modern international care protocols.

In
stoma care
, you will provide
personalized solutions that enhance patients' quality of life
, promoting confidence, comfort, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with
    physicians, nurses, and pharmacies
    .
  • Present
    B. Braun
    solutions tailored to real patient needs.
  • Promote products and services within
    hospital departments and private clinics
    .
  • Participate in
    scientific events, workshops, and product trainings
    .
  • Monitor market trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

Your Profile

  • Degree in
    Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy
    , or related field.
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience in medical device sales
    , preferably in
    hospital settings
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    wound and stoma management
    .
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Team player with a growth mindset and customer focus.
  • Good command of
    English
    and
    MS Office
    .
  • Willingness to travel within Greece.
