Το γραφείο μας, με χρόνια εμπειρίας στον χώρο των ασφαλίσεων, μεγαλώνει την ομάδα του και αναζητά Γραμματέα-Sales Support για πλήρη απασχόληση.

Είμαστε στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, ακριβώς δίπλα σε στάση μετρό, για εύκολη πρόσβαση.

Τι θα κάνεις καθημερινά:

  • Επεξεργασία και διαχείριση ασφαλιστικών αιτήσεων (εκδόσεις, ανανεώσεις, τροποποιήσεις)
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες & συνεργάτες για διευκρινίσεις ή εκκρεμή δικαιολογητικά
  • Υποστήριξη ασφαλιστικών πρακτόρων και δικτύου πωλήσεων
  • Έκδοση προσφορών & συγκρίσεων προγραμμάτων (αυτοκίνητο, κατοικία, υγεία)
  • Παρακολούθηση συμβολαίων & εισπράξεων
  • Συμμετοχή σε προωθητικές ενέργειες και τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση

Τι αναζητούμε σε εσένα:

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ (MS Office & Google Suite)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Όρεξη για μάθηση και προσαρμοστικότητα
  • Ευχέρεια στη χρήση τηλεφώνου
  • Γνώση social media & digital marketing θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα
  • Ολοκληρωμένες σπουδές (ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ)
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση θα εκτιμηθεί
  • Πιστοποιητικό επαγγελματικών γνώσεων Ασφαλιστικού Πράκτορα θα εκτιμηθεί
