As part of its development Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Sales Support Officer.

The position of Sales Support Officer is crucial for the efficient functioning of a company's sales department. The successful candidate will support the commercial and administrative functions of the Sales Operations department, ensuring smooth team operations, accuracy, and efficiency in daily processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to partners regarding orders and issue resolution
  • Enter and process data in corporate systems (CRM, SF)
  • Monitor pending tasks and communicate with internal departments to ensure issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Handle inbound partner calls and inquiries

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a structured sales environment
  • Familiarity with B2B/B2C commercial processes is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems is a plus (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong capability in developing reports
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written
