Lead customer success initiatives from the comfort of your home office. This remote position focuses on ensuring client satisfaction and retention across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer onboarding and implementation processes
  • Monitor customer health scores and usage patterns
  • Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer success or account management
  • Multilingual capabilities (Spanish/English preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Proactive approach to customer relationship management
