Remote Customer Success Manager

Lead customer success initiatives from the comfort of your home office. This remote position focuses on ensuring client satisfaction and retention across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer onboarding and implementation processes
- Monitor customer health scores and usage patterns
- Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Experience in customer success or account management
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish/English preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Proactive approach to customer relationship management

Requisitos:

Excelentes habilidades de presentación y comunicación
Enfoque proactivo en la gestión de relaciones con los clientes
