What You Will Do:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Proactive Support: Anticipate client needs, provide timely and effective solutions to complex inquiries, and guide clients through platform features and best practices.
- Issue Resolution: Own and resolve technical and non-technical issues efficiently, collaborating closely with internal support and technical teams.
- Feedback & Improvement: Collect and relay valuable customer feedback to product development teams to foster continuous service and platform improvement.
- Performance: Track key account metrics, prepare reports on client health, and identify opportunities for increased engagement.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch and full professional working proficiency in English (C1/C2).
- Experience: Previous experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Style: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and navigating new software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

- Klantrelatiebeheer: Fungeren als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor een portfolio van klanten, waarbij u sterke en duurzame klantrelaties opbouwt en onderhoudt.
- Proactieve Ondersteuning: Anticiperen op de behoeften van de klant, tijdige en effectieve oplossingen bieden voor complexe vragen, en klanten begeleiden bij platformfuncties en best practices.
- Probleemoplossing: Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor het efficiënt oplossen van technische en niet-technische problemen, in nauwe samenwerking met interne ondersteunings- en technische teams.
- Feedback & Verbetering: Waardevolle feedback van klanten verzamelen en doorgeven aan productontwikkelingsteams om continue verbetering van de dienstverlening en het platform te bevorderen.
- Prestaties: Belangrijke accountstatistieken bijhouden, rapporten opstellen over de klantgezondheid en kansen voor verhoogde betrokkenheid identificeren.
Wat U Nodig Heeft om te Slagen:
- Taalvaardigheid: Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands (moedertaal of bijna-moedertaal) en volledige professionele werkvaardigheid in het Engels (C1/C2).
- Ervaring: Eerdere ervaring in klantenservice, klantrelaties of een gerelateerd veld is een groot voordeel.
- Vaardigheden: Uitstekende communicatie-, onderhandelings- en presentatievaardigheden. Aantoonbaar vermogen om meerdere prioriteiten te beheren en effectief te werken in een snelle omgeving.
- Werkstijl: Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende capaciteiten met een proactieve, positieve houding.
- Technische Aanleg: Gemakkelijk nieuwe software en bedrijfsbronnensystemen (ERP) leren en navigeren.
