We are hiring Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialists for leading global companies in Athens. Both on-site and remote (within Greece) positions are available. Full training is provided perfect for motivated candidates at the beginning of their career.
You will support Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a friendly and professional service experience.
No previous experience is required all training is included.
- Provide professional and friendly support to Danish-speaking customers
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Identify customer needs and offer clear, effective solutions
- Ensure an excellent customer experience in every interaction
- Follow internal guidelines and contribute to continuous service improvement
- Danish native or C2 level (spoken & written)
- English B2+ for internal communication
- No previous experience required full training provided
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Willing to relocate to Greece, or already living in Greece
- EU citizenship or valid Greek work authorization
- Full onboarding and continuous training
- Fixed-term contract with various duration options
