We're looking for :

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and help us maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience working in customer service or a similar role, and is passionate about providing an excellent experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, upselling customers to paying packages, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and working with other departments to resolve issues.

What you'll do :
  • Plan interactions with prospect customers and update CRM tool with relevant status
  • Support customers during the onboarding process and through their lifecycle to ensure customer success
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to design, implement, track and enhance business support processes
  • Resolve user issues directly or work with teams internally to identify possible solutions
  • Upsell customers to paying packages and cross-sell services
You bring :
  • Outstanding Communication Skills (written and verbal)
  • Passion for Customer Acquisition &Support
  • Strong Attention to Detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Nice to have :
