impruvo. is seeking, on behalf of its client (located in the Northern Attica Suburbs), a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join their team.

What will you do:

  • Manage and execute the company's overall marketing strategy (B2B & B2C).
  • Drive the promotional calendar aiming to increase brand awareness across digital channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently and optimize marketing performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies to ensure consistent communication and brand alignment.
  • Design and implement B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Manage the company's digital presence and social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  • Support the organization of exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
  • Develop communication materials, case studies, and marketing content in collaboration with the technical and creative teams.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the corporate identity and ensure all marketing touchpoints reflect brand standards.

Qual
ifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing, Communications, or eCommerce.
  • BSc in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing tools.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel).
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive mindset.
  • No military obligation for male candidates.
