Digital Marketing Specialist to lead this transformation

This is a unique opportunity to shape our marketing strategy and play a key role in guiding the products we develop based on deep international market insights in a speed – to – market
global fashion jewelry trends
.

What You Will Do:

Develop and Implement Campaigns:
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns that align with the company's business objectives and resonate with our target B2B international audience.

SEO and SEM Management:
Optimize website content and landing pages, analyze and report on performance, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic and new registrations.

Content Strategy and Creation:
Develop engaging, relevant content across digital platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Social Media Management and Mailchimp campaigns:
Create and manage company's social media channels, including Meta Platforms and Newsletters.

Analytics and Reporting:
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to analyze consumer behavior and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaboration:
Work closely with Management Teams to ensure all communications reflect a unified brand identity, aligning messages across channels to maintain consistency. Collaborate with General Management to shape and refine the Pricing Strategy, ensuring it aligns with market trends, customer expectations, and overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role
  • Technical Skills:
    Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools, social media advertising platforms, and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to product and marketing strategies
  • Fluent in English
