Netstudio, one of the top web development and digital marketing agencies in Greece, is looking for a skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an onsite position, based at our offices (Agios Stefanos, Agios Dimitrios or Chalkida).

As part of our growing digital marketing department, you will work on campaigns that deliver real results for high-profile brands, combining performance, creativity, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, etc.).

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio, and provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and clients to implement digital marketing strategies.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools, and proactively suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Understanding of SEO and email marketing principles.

Nice to have

  • Google certifications (Ads, Analytics).

  • Experience in performance-oriented projects and lead generation campaigns.

  • Interest in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn and experiment.
