Job Description
- Deliver growth in traffic, engagement, and online sales through data-driven digital marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize SEO and Paid Media (Google, Meta Ads & Criteo) with agency partners
- Develop and control the annual digital marketing budget
- Leed digital strategy and campaign planning across all paid channels
- Email Marketing & CRM, created automated workflows and personalized campaigns
- Explore and launch new channels (TikTok, Bing Ads)
- Collaborate with Commercial teams to align campaigns with product and sales priorities
- Support digital transformation projects improving performance, UX, and marketing operations
- Manage on-site SEO optimization of metadata, landing pages, and categories
- AnalyzeKPIs via Google Analytics, Looker Studio, BI and CRM dashboards
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Equivalent
- 2 years of proven working experience
- Excellent command of English Language
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, optimization, audiences, pixel/events), Newsletter platforms, TikTok Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc
- Knowledge of Soft1 ERP application is a plus
- Written & oral Communication skills
- Creative
- Analytical thinking
- Teamwork / Team Spirit
- Passionate & proactive individual with a "can do" attitude
