Job Description:Purpose:You will be responsible for:
  • Provide clinical support to Physicians during Electrophysiology procedures performed with Biosense Webster products.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive business growth for Biosense Webster Products.
  • Ensure optimal use of advanced EP tools like CARTO 3 3D mapping system.
  • Identify customer needs and, in collaboration with peers, position Biosense Webster products to address them.
  • Offer guidance on best practices to improve procedural outcomes.
  • Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and workflow changes.
  • Organize & deliver clinical trainings, product demonstrations, workshops, and hands-on training sessions.
  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams like Marketing, R&D, Regulatory & Customer Service.
  • Review customer orders and product sales and establish improvement plans.
Qualifications / Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience within the interventional cardiology device field.
  • Knowledge of electrophysiology will be considered a plus.
  • A strong technical understanding and interest are required.
  • The role requires an excellent educational background and strong presentation skills.
  • Experience in healthcare medical technology is required (Cardiac field preferred)
  • Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of products and procedures, and to communicate effectively with all key stakeholders within the EP lab setting.
  • Must be highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a demanding role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent English and native level of Greek
