  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team, helping track performan

  • Handle incoming client requests (emails/phone) and forward them to the appropriate sales re

  • Draft and send quotations, price lists , and other sales docume

tion toclients

  • Monitor orders throughout the cycle (from placement to delivery), coordinating with logist

cs and uppliers

  • Prepare , verify and forward sales-related documents (invoices,

de

livery noes, etc.)

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and marke

t

trends fr the team

  • Support the organization of meetings and conference calls

  • Assist in handling customer complaints and requests, ensuringhigh satisfction levels

  • Liaise with other departments (accounting, procurement, warehouse) to ensure smooth informat

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Econom

s, Marketing,or related field

  • Fluent in English (additional l
