ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a global leader in technology industry with diverse range of businesses, is seeking an Order Desk Specialist.

Location: Marousi, Athens

Working Model: on-site

You will be reporting to: Supply Chain Manager

Your work will include:

Coordinating and overseeing the order management process, ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

More specifically:

  • Sales order processing in SAP (EDI, emails)
  • Good understanding of intercompany pricing and billing procedures
  • Ensure data accuracy with products, dates, sold to/ship to locations, quantities and pricing
  • Experience in free of charge deliveries, commercial returns & service exchanges
  • Communication with customers on a daily basis regarding stock availability and delivery dates
  • Collaboration with sales teams to verify pricing discounts, special condition or offers
  • Stock allocation & Availability check
  • Management of ETA for inbound trucks for scheduling bookings
  • Close collaboration with domestic 3PL and with Group factories
  • Creation of condition records
  • Issue of sales & service Invoices, commercial invoices, credit/debit notes
  • Close collaboration with AR department regarding credit limits & payment terms
  • Warranty extension registration and Certificate issuance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred areas: Economics)
  • 2-4 years of experience at a relative field
  • Good knowledge of SAP (Sales and Distribution module)
  • Fluent in Greek & English (written &verbal)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Excellent organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
