Procurement Specialist

SOL Hellas is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join a leading industrial company. The candidate will be responsible for researching suppliers of goods & services, negotiating contracts and issuing P.Os.

Responsibilities

• Supports Procurement in strategic plans and executes the procurement process for all categories.
• Conducts purchases from external suppliers
• Issues Purchase Orders in SAP
• Conducts market research of key suppliers, negotiating purchase agreements and ensuring that all products and materials meet company standards
• Analyzes industry and demand trends and supports senior management in developing and implementing sourcing strategies

Skills - Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or related field
• Proven experience (3+ years) in procurement, preferably in an industrial sector
• Familiarity with SAP systems and procurement tools
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
