Role overview

We're looking for a hands-on Sales Operations professional to keep our commercial engine running smoothly—owning day-to-day activations, order flow, RMA logistics, billing, and satcom hardware procurement/stock. You'll be the link between Sales, Technical Operations, Finance, and our vendor ecosystem (Starlink, Iridium Certus, KVH, and others).

What you'll do

  • Service activations/deactivations & upgrades
     for Satellite Satcoms: prepare requests, validate details, coordinate with vendors, and confirm completion with customers.

  • CRM hygiene & updates
    : maintain accurate account, asset, and contract data; track pipeline changes; log orders and service changes in the company CRM.

  • Reseller order processing
    : create and track sales orders, POs, delivery notes; liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to meet promised ETAs.

  • RMA logistics
    : open cases, manage advance replacements, track inbound/outbound RMAs, and keep customers informed until closure.

  • Billing & invoicing
    : prepare invoices/credit notes, validate recurring charges (airtime/subscriptions), reconcile with contracts, and support month-end close.

  • Procurement & stock management (satcom hardware)
    : place vendor POs, monitor inventory levels (antennas, modems, accessories), book receipts/issues, and keep minimum stock thresholds.

  • Process & documentation
    : maintain SOPs and checklists; surface issues, suggest fixes, and help standardize workflows across Sales and Operations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience (1–3+ years)
     in sales operations, order management, logistics coordination, or business support—ideally in 
    telecom/satcom/IT
     or B2B tech.

  • Working knowledge of 
    SoftOne
     (accounting/ERP) for orders, invoicing, stock, and basic financial postings.

  • ClickUp
     (or similar) for task/board management and cross-team coordination.

  • Strong 
    Excel/Sheets
     skills; comfort with structured data and reconciliations.

  • Solid written & spoken 
    English
    ; Greek fluency required.

  • Detail orientation, follow-through, and comfort juggling multiple tickets/orders at once.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to 
    B2B subscriptions/recurring billing
     and inventory control.

  • Basic understanding of maritime operations or shipping industry workflows.
