Payroll and Benefits Specialist

The role reports to the HR Operations Manager

Key Accountabilities

  • Independently issue payroll with full accountability for accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as subject matter expert on labor law compliance and internal payroll policies.
  • Administer benefits programs (health, retirement, car leasing) and ensure timely updates.
  • Handle electronic submissions to ΕΡΓΑΝΗ, ΣΕΠΕ, ΟΑΕΔ for employment documentation.
  • Monitor time attendance systems and ensure payroll readiness.
  • Serve as a point of contact for payroll and benefits queries, resolving issues promptly.
  • Support and joins other initiatives and ad hoc projects of the Human Resources Department

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Economics or Accounting, Human Resources Management, or any other equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, benefits administration or accounting
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Very good command of English language
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office, with emphasis on Excel
  • Knowledge of Pylon system by Epsilonnet, will be considered an asset
