Περιγραφή της Θέσης:

Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τη συστηματική υποστήριξη και παρακολούθηση των οικονομικών υποθέσεων των φοιτητών, προωθώντας παράλληλα την ανθρωποκεντρική φιλοσοφία του Κολλεγίου μέσα από την εφαρμογή ευέλικτων και εξατομικευμένων οικονομικών πλάνων, προσαρμοσμένων στις ανάγκες κάθε φοιτητή.

Οι κύριες αρμοδιότητες της θέσης περιλαμβάνουν:

  • Διασφάλιση της συστηματικής παρακολούθησης των οικονομικών πλάνων των φοιτητών.
  • Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση του χαρτοφυλακίου απαιτήσεων με στόχο τη μείωση του χρόνου τακτοποίησης οφειλών και την ελαχιστοποίηση επισφαλειών.
  • Επικοινωνία με φοιτητές και παροχή καθοδήγησης σχετικά με οικονομικά ζητήματα, με διακριτικότητα και επαγγελματισμό.
  • Συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα του Κολλεγίου για τη διασφάλιση ομαλής λειτουργίας των διαδικασιών οικονομικής διαχείρισης.

Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο κατά προτίμηση Ανώτερης / Ανώτατης εκπαίδευσης σε Οικονομικά ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση, σε δομημένο επαγγελματικό περιβάλλον.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης εμπιστευτικών θεμάτων με υπευθυνότητα, διακριτικότητα και επαγγελματισμό.
  • Ανάπτυξη σχέσης εμπιστοσύνης με τους φοιτητές μέσα από ανθρωποκεντρική προσέγγιση.
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
