«Store Services Specialist Leader»

Ο ρόλος :

  • Διαχειρίζεσαι καθημερινά τις παραγγελίες τοποθέτησης σε προϊόντα LM και συντονίζεις την άμεση ανάθεση τους σε συνεργαζόμενους τεχνικούς εντός συγκεκριμένων προθεσμιών
  • Έχεις την ευθύνη του αποτελέσματος όλων των εργασιών, επικοινωνείς καθημερινά με τα συνεργαζόμενα συνεργεία και παρακολουθείς την ικανοποίηση πελατών για όλες τις τοποθετήσεις
  • Έχεις την ευθύνη για τη σωστή χρήση των αρχείων τοποθέτησης, την έγκαιρη πληρωμή των συνεργείων και είσαι σε τακτική επικοινωνία με το λογιστήριο και το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
  • Συντονιζεις και ιεραρχείς τις εργασίες/εγκαταστάσεις που σχετίζονται με μεγάλα έργα ή ανακαινίσεις
  • Διατηρείς καλή επικοινωνία με όλα τα εμπορικά τμήματα του καταστήματος Βενιζέλου με φυσική παρουσία καθημερινά και είσαι υπεύθυνος για την ενημέρωση της ομάδας πωλήσεων για όλες τις διαθέσιμες υπηρεσίες
  • Επικοινωνείς με πελάτες των καταστημάτων Αττικής που έχουν αγοράσει την υπηρεσία τοποθέτησης και αναλαμβάνεις την επίλυση τυχόν προβλημάτων στο project τους και την επικοινωνία με τα συνεργεία

Θα είναι ο τέλειος συνδυασμός αν έχεις:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τμήματα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών σε εταιρικό περιβάλλον
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και προσανατολισμό στον πελάτη
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές ικανότητες και δεξιότητες ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων
  • Ευελιξία και ικανότητα διαχείρισης προβλημάτων
  • Ικανότητα ομαδικής εργασίας και συνεργατική στάση
  • Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Άριστη γνώση MS office (Word , PowerPoint, Excel)
