Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to oversee multiple stores in Greece & Cyprus. This role ensures smooth store operations, team performance and sales growth while maintaining brand standards and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of retail management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure efficiency.
- Lead, train, and evaluate retail teams.
- Monitor sales performance and implement growth strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze financial and market trends to optimize profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or related field.
- 5+ years of retail management experience, including 2 years as a Store Manager.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to travel between stores.
