Product Return Specialist.

Location: Marousi, Athens

Working Model: on-site

You will be reporting to: Customer Care Manager

Your work will include:

Acting as a key contact point for product return operations, ensuring the effective management of RMA processes, complaint handling, and monitoring of pending repairs across the Greek and Cypriot markets.

More specifically:

  • Responsible for the entire Product Return operations for Greece & Cyprus
  • Management of RMA issuing process and validation of technical returns
  • Resolution of complaints and execution of credits or exchanges
  • Utilization of the OOW Customer Care program for efficient handling of out-of-warranty cases
  • Monitoring of pending repairs (LTP) and coordination with service centers
  • Tracking and ensuring fulfillment of key KPIs and service network performance results
  • Management of NERP and RMA evidence for process compliance and reporting

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Technical Studies, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in Customer Care, RMA, or Product Return processes will be considered a strong asset
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with strong report writing and analytical abilities
  • Proactive, innovative, and self-motivated personality
  • Ability to work independently and continuously add value to customers and the company
