We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help in enterprise-grade web applications, e-commerce solutions and digital advertising. You will be part of a talented team of software engineers and graphic designers who work on novel solutions to unlock the full potential of the digital world. You will be joining a dynamic working environment where creative solutions are encouraged.

Tasks

  • Day-to-day optimization on Paid Social, Google Search/Display & YouTube
  • Fluency at ad copywriting, testing and campaign optimization (Greek & English)
  • Budget and KPI's forecasting across all advertising platforms
  • Handling Facebook Business & Google Ads accounts
  • Proficient use of Google Analytics and other measurement tools
  • Analyze data, monitor, and communicate campaign performance and test results to team leaders & clients
  • Create performance reports for campaigns and ensure campaigns are staying within established key performance metrics and budget
  • Collaborate with our team to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling & appropriate campaigns

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in the field.
  • Strong knowledge with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns and display advertising
  • Strong knowledge to develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Experience in large scale product/campaign launches and in handling major brand accounts
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new emerging technologies
  • Out-of-the-box thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Google Certificates will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of DPA Setup, GA Conversion Tracking Setup & FB Pixel Events Setup
