Senior Social Media Performance Manager
 to join our team and lead the next generation of paid and organic social strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute 
    AI-enhanced, performance-driven strategies
     across all social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Manage 
    end-to-end paid campaigns
    , from setup and testing to optimization and reporting.
  • Use 
    AI and analytics tools
     to uncover insights, predict trends, and improve ROAS and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce 
    high-performing content
     that aligns with performance goals.
  • Build and maintain 
    data dashboards
     and transform numbers into actionable growth strategies.
  • Stay ahead of 
    social algorithms, automation trends, and emerging AI tools
     in the marketing space.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience
     in social media and performance marketing.
  • Deep expertise in 
    Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    , and 
    Google Analytics (GA4)
    .
  • Experience using 
    AI-driven optimization or creative automation tools
     (e.g., performance prediction, dynamic creatives).
  • Strong grasp of 
    A/B testing, audience segmentation, remarketing, and attribution
    .
  • A balance of 
    data-driven mindset and creative storytelling
    .
  • Previous 
    agency experience
     or proven success managing multiple high-performing brands.
