Your mission?:

Be the backbone of our travel operations, ensuring that every detail is perfectly aligned for smooth and joyful client experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Connecting with our amazing suppliers—ranging from boutique hotels to local tour guides—all across Greece.
  • Providing top-notch backend operational support that guarantees an extraordinary journey for our clients.
  • Managing reservations and making sure itineraries leave no stone unturned.
  • Keeping a pulse on daily operations, checking in on trips, payments, and reservations.
  • Reaching out to suppliers to make any necessary adjustments to client itineraries.
  • Reconfirming bookings and ensuring every detail is in place for a seamless experience.
  • Collaborating closely with our travel sales team to create magic for our clients.
  • Maintaining and updating our supplier database, always seeking the best partners.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is a definite plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in travel operations, travel management, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks with grace and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving—you thrive on challenges
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to foster genuine connections with colleagues and suppliers alike.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a general comfort with tech tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Greek, ideally bilingual.
  • A keen understanding of luxury travel and of the client experience related to its operational and aspects.
  • Any travel software or CRM experience is a bonus
  • A self-motivated spirit combined with a team-oriented mindset.
  • A basic understanding of the economics that drive the luxury travel market.
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and take on diverse tasks as they arise.
