Job Description
Major Accountabilities

  • Manages and handles the inbound (and outbound exceptional cases) within Sandoz organization and warehousing of products coordinating with 3PL including additional materials (stickers, leaflets, cool boxes) and destruction as applicable.
  • Customs and Trade Compliance.
  • Authorities and internal reporting and record keeping.
  • Updates relevant databases and material master incl. serialization.
  • Monitor 3PL W&D KPIs and creates / updates reports.
  • Local Vendor Management coordination (orders, contracts etc.).
  • Support planning cycle (S&BP, order placement and follow up) and Inventory reporting.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in relevant area
  • Languages: Greek, English (fluent spoken and written) – minimum
  • Experiences: 2-3 years relevant experience, pharmaceutical sector
  • Supply-Chain Management / Warehouse Management and Transportation.
  • Order management / Product distribution
  • ERP / SAP and Master Data.
  • Computer systems including spreadsheets, presentations and documentation.
  • Team player. Communications skills
