Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
- Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία 6–8 ετών
σε πωλήσεις πολυτελών ειδών ένδυσης & υπόδησης, με ιστορικό επίτευξης και υπέρβασης στόχων - Εξειδίκευση στο visual merchandising
, με ικανότητα δημιουργίας ελκυστικών βιτρινών και χώρων πώλησης που αναδεικνύουν το brand - Οικονομική ακρίβεια και υπευθυνότητα
στη διαχείριση ταμείου, αποθεμάτων και συναλλαγών - Στρατηγική προσέγγιση πωλήσεων
, με άριστη γνώση και παρακολούθηση KPI's για συνεχή βελτίωση - Ικανότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου
και προσαρμογής σε απαιτητικό, υψηλών ρυθμών περιβάλλον - Επικοινωνιακός χαρακτήρας
με έμφαση στη δημιουργία μακροχρόνιων σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με τους πελάτες - Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις
