As a Digital Marketing Executive at VesselBot, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our website. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Athens. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for digital marketing communication, social media marketing, web content writing, and web analytics on a day-to-day basis.

Your role

• Create and implement inclusive digital marketing strategies by utilizing various digital media and setting measurable key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with other team members (like communications and PR, sales, and customer service) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify digital marketing trends and new growth opportunities.

Your tasks

• Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing.
• Analyze analytics and engagement metrics to measure campaign performance.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Proficiency in developing and overseeing email marketing initiatives.
• Experience with graphic design and content production.
• Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and website design best practices.
• Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
• Fluency in English and Greek.

Your profile

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. Experience in B2B SaaS or tech is a strong plus.
• Proven success building demand gen campaigns (SEO, content, email, paid).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media.
• Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
