Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist, based in Marousi. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing network administration, providing IT support, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network security, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires hands-on experience with IT systems and infrastructure and involves working closely with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the company's IT environment.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Network Administration and Network Security
  • Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are a plus
