Position summary

As part of the Nespresso Information Systems (IS) team, you are key to align business needs with technology solutions across ERP and digital platforms. You contribute to translate business strategies into concrete IS and ERP requirements, and drive their successful deployment

You will support and enhance the core ERP systems (Oracle), while contributing to the broader digital transformation of the organization through tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Snowflake, and Microsoft Azure. Your work will accelerate data modernization, applications, and reporting capabilities, empowering teams with smarter, faster, and scalable solutions.

A day in the life…

• Partners with business functions to analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into ERP system requirements and implementations.
• Contributes to or leads market projects in undertaking process improvement projects, business requirements, the deployment of ERP new developments and global ERP roll-outs and upgrades.
• Configures local ERP to meet business projects and initiatives, execute user and role management tasks.
• Contributes to User documentation/ Information system processes & delivers training to end users.
• Leads collaboration with our operational and digital hubs playing the role of market spoke for improvements and optimizations.
• Diagnoses end-user application system-related incidents and takes corrective action.
• Conducts / Coordinates system tests to ensure that solutions delivered address business requirements as defined and specified
• Supports Nespresso Boutiques and Telephony network
• Assures compliance with Nestle Standards
• Cooperates with HQ / offshore Nespresso support functions & IT GR Nespresso team
• Contributes to Power BI and/ or Snowflake reporting development — transforming raw data into actionable insights for business users.
• Explore and utilize modern Microsoft tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services to support digital workflows, improve data integration, and automate repetitive processes.

What makes you successful

• University Degree in relevant Business field of Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics Mathematics with IS expertise
• 2-4 years of working experience in related field
• Knowledge of or strong interest in modern digital tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Snowflake.
• Eagerness to explore and work with Microsoft Azure services as part of our digital journey
• Results focus, proactive cooperation, understand business environment, Curious & innovative
• Developed communication and organization skills, adaptable, team spirit
• Fluency in Greek & English
• Strong PC knowledge
• Experience in Oracle ERP applications
