Starting with the role
:

Currently, we are seeking to hire a
Systems & Cloud Enginee
r, to join our team.

During your day you will:

  • Serve as a member of the Systems Engineering and Cloud Services team, contributing to the transition from traditional practices to hybrid environments and practices
  • Administrate and monitor systems and cloud infrastructure, proactively ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and maximum availability
  • Collaborates with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to ensure the security and integrity of network infrastructure and services
  • Performs preproduction planning by gathering business requirements, designing, documenting, and implementing IT solutions in alignment with defined standards and objectives
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities ensuring the effective operation of IT System & Cloud Infrastructure
  • Implement changes and upgrades following change management process, ensuring minimal risk
  • Monitors connectivity and infrastructure availability, implementing relevant KPIs

What you need to stand out:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 5 years hands-on experience as an IT Systems Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer within complex and high-demand enterprise environments
  • Experience in leveraging third-party Cloud service providers such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
  • Experience in translating business requirements into securely designed and effectively implemented technical solutions
  • Professional experience and understanding on complex IT landscapes, their implications and administration
  • Experience in DevOps Projects
  • Experience in Cloud Platforms with focus on MS Azure
  • Knowledge in AI infrastructure design
  • Certifications on MS, Virtualization layer, Linux Platforms and/or Cloud, will be an asset
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written)
